Event 87 - Autumn 2015 - Ifield

57th Golf Day held on 18^th Sept 2015 

Ifield was our second lowest ever turnout with just nine players for our 58^th golf day and 87^th event in total. Ifield was a lovely course and the weather was very kind to us. In our first 3-ball Shailen Patel led the way. His 32 points included five three pointers and three blobs. Pammi Channa was one behind, no blobs and a four pointer to finish. In the middle game it was a tight affair with Matt Fish and Steve Watson tied after 9 on 17 points, and still tied after 12 and 15. A crucial par on the par three 17^th was all that split them with Matt squeezing home on 36 to Steve’s 35. In our final three-ball Richard came out best. His homeward 9 of 18 gave him a final total of 32, enough for third place on the countback.
